Ju-Jitsu N.I. Event a Great Success

JU-JITSU N.I. held their first event of 2025 in The Loup Community Centre just outside Magherafelt today!

The event was an Introduction to Ju-Jitsu Competition that was Open to all Clubs (Members and Non-Members).  The purpose of today’s event was to allow Competitors to get a feel through friendly participation the rules and format of how future competitions will be run.

Over 50 students took to the mats to perform in front of a panel of judges, scorers and referee; with spectators looking on.  Competitors had an opportunity to perform Empty Hand Katas, Weapons Kata, Sparring and Grappling.

Ju-Jitsu N.I. would like to take this opportunity to Thank Everyone who attended to make this a fantastic day; that ended with students and parents going home with great satisfaction.

Now to planning the next one, and hopefully get more students and clubs involved.
